Here’s something that I find sketchy about the whole Starfire thing. There’s all this focus, in defenses of the comic, of her being in control of her own sexuality, sex-positive, able to ask for sex she wants, unashamed of liking sex without love.

And I know these are good things. But sometimes…

There are plenty of examples without us needing *that* particular, which… is the opposite of sex-positivity, actually. It’s kind of sad sex in general, and then when you take into account the fact that she’s not in her right mind? Yeah, not positive.

I mean, if you take any of the boys individually and compare their height to his Bruce kind of comes off as the Jolly Green Giant, towering over them.
